Genevieve Kayra se ha interesado por el baile y la espiritualidad desde sus 3 años. Ha bailado profesionalmente por 10 años en danzas latinas, baile comercial y kizomba.
Es maestra de Kizomba, Urban Kiz, y ladystyle desde hace 7 años y formó la primera compañía de ladies Kizomba de Australia: “Fogo e Ouro”.
Ahora radicada en Europa, esta australiana sigue haciendo colaboraciones y abriendo camino para impartir conocimiento dancistico desde la técnica, el disfrute y los movimientos experimentales que puede ofrecer este arte.

Pierre chen
Pierre Chen bailarin de Salsa Cubana, bachata y mambo On2, comenzó su formación en el año 2013 donde nace su interés por la kizomba, fue entonces cuando conoció al Maestro Ángel Méndez de la academia Ashe Raíces y Culturas de Valencia.
En el año 2015 Pierre y su partner Maga Camperos comenzaron a impartir clases en su ciudad Maracay, a finales de ese año el 7 de noviembre crean AZEMBORA VENEZUELA, una organización y academia encargada de formar bailadores de Kizomba, Semba, Tarraxinha, Kizomba Fusion, Urban Kiz y Tarraxo.
En el año 2017 Pierre y Sandra Moscoso se unen para dar inicio a un concepto totalmente nuevo en el País y en la KIZOMBA en Venezuela… nace el PAIXAO KIZOMBA FESTIVAL 1er evento y festival de baile reconocido mundialmente.
En el 2018, se funda AZEMBORA INTERNACIONAL (Primera sucursal fuera de Venezuela) y por 1era vez se dan talleres, clases, intensivos, masterclasses y clases privadas en eventos como Chile Winter Kizomba Festival (Santiago, Chile), NeoKizomba Festival 2018 (Austin, USA), Eweee Festival Internacional de Kizomba (Cordoba, Argentina) entre otros.
A partir del 2019, y luego de formarse con grandes como Eddy Vents, Ricardo y Paula, Gwany y Liliana y otros bailarines, logra el reconocimiento al ser invitado como profesor a múltiples eventos internacionales en Venezuela, Perú, Chile, Brasil, Argentina, Uruguay, Estados Unidos y ahora en Colombia.
Kari y jose
They are Kari and Jose, directors and partners of Kizmove Official. This is a project that was initiated on the 2nd of March, 2020.
Jose is also a photographer and studies audiovisual production. Since learning of Kizomba five years ago he has been fascinated with the connection, technique, and all the music under the “Kizomba umbrella”.
Ella es Karina, Venezolana, bilingüe, al conocer la Kizomba, ¡quedó atrapada! Así que decidió profesionalizarse en este género desde hace 5 años.
Luego de enseñar juntos en el UKM Fest México y su participación en Malembe Intensive Edition, han sido invitados a participar en otros eventos internacionales como el Paixao Kizomba Festival en Venezuela y ADL Festival en Argentina.
Both love teaching and sharing all they know and have studied during these years. They have never stopped being students and enjoy the process as teachers of UrbanKiz/Kizomba.
DJ Babyface
Dj Babyface (Andrés) ha sido parte de la escena Kizombera de Dallas, Texas por más de dos años, creciendo tanto en su baile como en sus habilidades musicales.
He started DJing at the beginning of 2020, playing for the Monday Night Kizomba biweekly event. Following into the latter half of 2021, Babyface started DJing for a monthly event, Essence of Dance – the biggest Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, & Zouk social in North Dallas.
December was a launching point for Babyface as he competed in the first ever OneKiz DJ competition, where he came out on top winning 1st place and getting invited to future festivals for the following year.
A still on the rise DJ, Andrés is excited to mix for the Malembe Intensive Edition and bring the heat!

Learning to play musical instruments by influence of his father and learning to dance from his mother has left an impact that has continued to influence his life every day.

His musical exposure and inspiration ranges from Afro-Latin rhythms throughout his upbringing to Afro Fusion, House and instrumental music such as Chill Beats/ChillHop/Lofi.
The goal is to share a part of me through music in order to create inspiration and connection in others and within myself
DJ Murdog
Mauricio Algarra known also as DJ Murdog, was born on September 21 st , 1981 in the city of Quito, Ecuador and later nationalized in Colombia. He started Djing house-italo disco in 1994.
In 1995 in a competition in the CD format realized his first set in important clubs and bars in the capital. In 1997 he began experimenting with new merengue and hip hop sounds and in 2000 he traveled to France pausing his career as a DJ. A mediados del 2000 viaja a Francia.
In 2011 he returned to the DJ scene with afro, reggae, dancehall, and hip hop with funk sounds in the local scenes in Colombia.
In 2014 he founded a Kizomba bar in Bogotá, Colombia playing ghetto zouk, tarraxa and later expanding to different areas in Colombia in festivals, workshops and other Kizomba socials.
